Caring Christians
Caring Christians are
consecrated by the congregation to serve in a traditional role
similar to that of deacons. Taking with them bread and wine from the
congregation's Sunday celebration of Holy Communion,
they "extend" the Worship service to the home-bound, to nursing home patients and sometimes to the hospitalized.
