Quilting Group
This group meets on the first
Tuesday at 9:30 AM in the church basement. We have 12 ladies at this
time that come and help tie quilts together.
Last year we made 24 quilts and spent about 300 hours sewing and putting them together.
18 of these quilts were donated
to fire victims and graduation students. We also donated
a quilt to the Luther Bible Camp in Chetek to help fund their action.
Most of our baby quilts are
sold to our members, as are several of our larger bed quilts.
We try to finish up by 11:30 as
some of the ladies bring lunch and we have the coffee pot going.
This is an excellent time of fellowship and hands on experience for any of you
ladies that wish to stop and meet the Peacemakers.
